Description

This launch of a filter blend is not only our very first attempt, but also an exploration of flavor balance.

Naturally processed beans bring sweetness and a fuller body, while washed beans show clarity and bright acidity. Although each may be lacking in either sweetness or body, when skillfully combined, they achieve a harmonious balance of both.

This balance is also reflected in festive flavors: the mellow fragrance of pomelo, symbolizing peace and blessings during Mid-Autumn; and the refreshing tang of starfruit, symbolizing reunion and the joy of sharing.

In Mooncake Filter Blend, these familiar seasonal notes are delicately captured, intertwined with floral and tea-like nuances, creating a clean and elegant cup.

Carefully selected beans from Ethiopia (Natural) and Kenya (Washed) offer a light body with vibrant layers, best enjoyed with mooncakes and shared with family and friends during the festival.
