This coffee comes from Don Joel Farm in Costa Rica's West Valley, produced by Allan Oviedo and processed at Don Joel Micromill. Featuring the Kenia/SL28 varieties, it undergoes double fully washed processing and is light-roasted to highlight its expressive berry character.

The dry aroma reveals blackberry, cranberry, orange peel and caramel. On the palate, rich notes of blackberry and cranberry take centre stage, accompanied by the ripe sweetness of black plum.

As the cup develops, refreshing orange peel notes emerge alongside roasted nuts and cocoa, creating a layered flavour experience with a delicate, lingering finish.
