Sourced from the Twakok area of Sidama, Ethiopia, and grown at an elevation of 2,000 meters above sea level. The high-altitude growing conditions support slower cherry maturation, contributing to a refined flavour profile with bright acidity and delicate complexity.

Lot 26/01 showcases the clarity of washed processing, with dry aromas of lemon zest, lychee, white peach, and black tea. The cup opens with refreshing lemon zest acidity, complemented by peach candy sweetness and fragrant bergamot notes. As it develops, ripe lychee and delicate frangipani florals emerge, leading to a lingering white peach finish.

Smooth and full-bodied, this coffee offers a juicy, fruit-forward character with an elegant balance of white florals and vibrant acidity, highlighting the refined complexity of washed Sidama coffees.
