This single origin espresso comes from Don Joel Micromill in Costa Rica's West Valley, produced by Allan Oviedo. Featuring Kenia and SL28 varieties, it undergoes Double Fully Washed processing and is medium-roasted to highlight its berry, citrus and cocoa character.

The dry aroma reveals blackberry, cranberry, orange peel and caramel. On the palate, notes of blackberry, black plum and cranberry create a distinctive berry-forward profile.
