This single origin espresso comes from Volcan Azul in Costa Rica's West Valley, produced by Alejo Castro Kahle at an altitude of 1,650–1,700 metres. Featuring the Villa Sarchi variety, it undergoes Anaerobic Natural processing and is medium-roasted to highlight its distinctive fruit character.

The flavour profile centres on grape, jackfruit and grapefruit. Grape notes meet the tropical fruit character of jackfruit, complemented by the refreshing citrus character of grapefruit.

Crafted for espresso brewing, this coffee is ideal for those who enjoy exploring fruit-forward flavours and distinctive processing methods. Different extraction ratios offer a way to explore its character in both black and milk-based coffees.
