Sourced from the Dalecha area of Sidama, this lot is processed at Elto Washing Station and grown at an altitude of 2,200 meters above sea level. The high elevation slows cherry maturation, allowing sugars to develop more fully and resulting in a refined, clean acidity with well-structured sweetness.

With consistent and careful processing, Elto is known for producing lots that express clarity and a distinct regional character. This batch is processed using the Natural method and graded as G1, indicating low defect count and excellent cup cleanliness.

The flavor profile is vibrant yet balanced:

Bright strawberry sweetness and grape-like juiciness on the front palate, followed by soft white peach notes through the mid-palate. The finish reveals delicate hints of bergamot, adding a fresh floral-citrus lift.

The sweetness is natural, the acidity is clean, and fermentation is well-controlled without becoming overpowering.

A single origin that is approachable for daily enjoyment, while still showcasing the layered complexity of high-altitude Ethiopian coffee.
