Processed by Granja Paraiso 92, this coffee undergoes Thermal Shock Double Fermentation, a multi-stage fermentation method that enhances clarity and flavor expression. It is then decaffeinated using the Sugarcane process, removing caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural sweetness and overall flavor integrity, resulting in a clean and balanced cup.

The Red Bourbon variety provides a solid foundation of sweetness and a refined structure. Combined with these processing methods, the profile becomes more expressive and layered, presenting a light and vibrant character.
