This release is created to challenge the traditional perception that New Year coffees are defined only by bitterness, heaviness, and dark roasts. 

Through thoughtful processing methods and precise blending, we present a New Year limited coffee that delivers balance, depth, and a touch of surprise. The start of a new year is a time to reset rhythm and direction.

Built around balance and complexity, Dark Horse Blend combines three bright washed coffees to form a clean and stable foundation, complemented by a specially processed coffee with wine-like aromatics that adds depth and evolution to the cup. Roasted as an Omni Roast, the acidity becomes softer, sweetness more focused, and the aroma complete yet refined. It performs consistently across espresso, milk-based drinks, and filter brewing, making it an easy and dependable choice for everyday coffee in the year ahead. 

The flavour profile features Dark Fruit, Caramel, and Winey notes, with a smooth mouthfeel, concentrated aroma, and a clean, steady finish.
