This El Salvador Chalatenango Finca Don Jaime Geisha Washed single origin coffee comes from the highlands of northern El Salvador, in the Chalatenango region. Known for its high elevation, cool climate, and pronounced day–night temperature differences, Chalatenango has become one of the country’s most promising specialty coffee origins in recent years.

This lot is produced at Finca Don Jaime and cultivated and processed by producer Don Jaime. The coffee is grown at elevations of 1,450–1,600 meters, using the highly aromatic Geisha variety, and processed with the washed method to preserve clarity and purity in the cup.

This selection is part of Face Up Coffee’s Direct Trade sourcing, built through direct communication and procurement with the producer to ensure transparency and consistency in quality, pricing, and flavor direction. Lightly roasted to highlight the coffee’s inherent character, the cup presents delicate floral aromatics, complemented by bright lemon candy–like acidity and soft, honey-like sweetness.
