This Honduras Santa Barbara Finca Yireh Geisha Natural comes from the renowned Santa Barbara region in western Honduras. Known for its high elevation, stable climate, and favorable growing conditions, Santa Barbara has become one of the country’s most important origins for specialty coffee in recent years.

This lot is produced at Finca Yireh and carefully cultivated and processed by Lesbi Lorena Pineda. Grown at elevations ranging from 1,450 to 1,650 meters above sea level, the coffee features the highly aromatic Geisha variety. The natural process allows the fruit’s sweetness and layered aromatics to fully develop.

Lightly roasted by Face Up Coffee to highlight the coffee’s inherent character, the cup presents elegant floral aromatics, complemented by strawberry-like fruit sweetness and a rounded, candy-like peach note. The profile is vibrant yet clean, with a refined mouthfeel and a sweet, lingering finish—well suited for those who enjoy expressive, fruit-forward natural Geisha coffees.
