Description

The development of Oh! Coconut Blend took nearly half a year.

During this period, we carried out countless roast trials in search of the perfect balance, one that allows the uniquely processed coffees to retain sweetness and clarity even at a medium roast level. 

It was no easy task: roast too light, and the acidity becomes overly pronounced, masking the intended flavor profile; roast too dark, and bitterness takes over.

Espresso Blend has always been one of Face Up Coffee’s greatest strengths.

With this blend, we aimed to create a profile that highlights a gentle coconut aroma layered over a foundation of caramel and chocolate.

Single origin coffees (SOE) can certainly showcase distinctive flavors,

but we often find they lack a certain soul — that tactile depth and satisfying mouthfeel.

What we pursue is harmony: aroma and texture coexisting beautifully, performing equally well as both black coffee and milk-based beverages.

Oh! Coconut Blend unites the sweet, coconut-like fragrance of Colombia Finca Milan with the nutty, buttery creaminess of Brazilian beans, resulting in a cup reminiscent of enjoying coffee beneath a coconut tree on a summer afternoon — rich, sweet, and delicately layered in every sip.
