Moonrise is the moment the moon rises; its reflection takes shape as moonlight settles into the cup.
We combine the bright acidity of Ethiopia Washed coffee with the rounded sweetness of Costa Rica Red Honey. The two profiles reflect one another in the cup, creating refreshing notes of citron tea, citrus and honey. A sip of Moonrise after a bite of mooncake gently refreshes the palate, allowing the next taste of sweetness to feel clear again.
Alongside Moonrise, we selected five Geisha coffees from Panama, Peru, Colombia, Honduras and El Salvador. From the clean elegance of washed coffee and the vibrant fruit character of natural processing to the complexity of double anaerobic fermentation and thermal shock, the same variety reveals a distinctive personality through each origin and processing method.
